This is a plain-language policy covering this website as it exists today. When our hosting platform launches, we’ll replace it with a full, attorney-reviewed policy covering customer accounts, billing, and subscriber data.

Who we are

UpLeft Media LLC runs this website and is building podcast and newsletter hosting for progressive creators. You can reach us anytime at contact@upleft.me.

What we collect

What you send us. If you use the early access form, we receive the name, email address, and message you type. Your submission is delivered directly to our inbox as an email — we don’t store it in a database, and we don’t add you to any marketing list.

Server logs. Like nearly every website, our servers see your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use this only to operate the site and to prevent abuse (for example, rate-limiting the contact form), and we keep it only briefly.

What we don’t do

• No analytics trackers or advertising networks.
• No selling, renting, or sharing your information for marketing.
• No tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, which never leaves your device.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you and to set up your early access. We use server logs to keep the site running and secure. That’s it.

Sharing

We don’t share your information with anyone except the service providers that deliver our email, or if the law requires us to. Our servers and email are hosted in the United States.

Your choices

Email us at contact@upleft.me and we’ll tell you what we have from you (usually just your emails to us), correct it, or delete it.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this site.
